FBI agents raided the former offices of new White House Chief Information Officer Vivek Kundra Thursday morning, raising questions about what was starting upon inside the Washington, D.C., government’s tech operation underneath his watch, even if he doesn’t crop up to be suspected of any wrongdoing.
